Because Student Choice High School has open enrollment, your child can transfer to SCHS at any time throughout the school year. There is no need to wait to finish the quarter at another school. This is also noteworthy for students who have suffered an illness or have been out of school for a prolonged period of time. Enroll any time—your future starts here.

Required Documents

Upon enrollment, new students must submit the following documentation:

• Copy of birth certificate
• Health history/Consent for Care
• Completed Records Release form
• Copy of immunization records
• Copy of withdrawal from last school
• Official transcript from last school
• Student Enrollment Agreement
• State standardized test results
